I came in one day to this dealership and looked around and I was greeted by a friendly salesman who showed me the cars and asked his boss for a better deal for me when i asked him to bring the price down. I have bad credit but they worked with me and found me a finance plan I could work with and i must say the were not weary of me when i asked for them to help me find insurance for my vehicle since i had none, I have one word to descriibe the workers over at sylhet motors, PATIENT!!!!

Never Again!
These guys are no better than crooks on a corner. They lie. They said certain services were provided - - a lie. Said oil change was done on car before picking up - - a lie. Had to take vehicle for oil change one week after picking up. They said inspection was done, but when I went to pick up car, wind shield wipers did not work. What vehicle passages inspection with wind shield wipers not working. They tried to give me the car without the clicker for entry to car. They gave the cheapest clicker they could find; it made no sound nor did car lights come on. Had to take the car to the alarm place myself. Bullshit customer service. They lie in your face and pretend as if they're doing you a favor. They probably won't even post this review. Too bad I had to give a star at all. Pissed in NYC

Everything was easy. Ali did a great job showing me around the lot and and telling me about the cars. Mahbub helped me understand what i was getting into and worked on pricing. Larry was extremely helpful with financing options and advising me. Overall it was a great experience and i will recommend the team at Sylhet Motors.

Worst experience of my life
I have a couple complaints about this incompetent business. First, I paid $299 for "prep services" that was supposed to include a car wash, oil change, break check, which was not performed. I know it was not performed because, a month after I took it home, I checked my oil and there was barely any in my car. When I went to get my oil changed, the mechanics told me an oil change was never performed, it still had the factory oil filter on it, and I had to get my motor flushed. That cost me $104.18. So I know they did not perform the prep. Secondly, Shylet Motors wrote reviews on multiple different websites in my name saying this: "Good service! I bought my first car from Sylhet Motors and their service was good." I would never write that about this car place and this was not my first car. The websites these are posted on in my name are, cars.com, auto.com, their website sylhetmotors.com, and cargurus.com. Also, I paid $199 for an in-transit plate, to later find out the plate costs $25. This means I was over charged for that. Lastly, I paid for the car with a cashier's check on September 10, 2016; it is now October 8, 2016 and I have yet to receive the title to my car. They told me it was in a different facility and it will be mailed to me. I told them I was uncomfortable leaving without the title. I later find out, they did not even own the car and they did not have the title at all, it was still in the previous owner's name. So now I have a car I paid for in full, and I cannot drive it because I can't register it in the state of CT without the title.

Initial experience was great, especially with Larry, very through and helpful. The only downfall was that we had to wait over 4 hours for the emergency break pads to be fixed and left with the part but not the installation as we had an hour drive back home. The employees are very nice and helpful, it was just the extensive wait time that was unexceptable. I will continue to recommend Sylhet Motors because overall it was a good experience.

Great place would buy again
After buying the car, I went to Acura for a check up they told me the alternator belt looks like it needs to be repaired. I call these guys and they said just bring it in and they changed the belt and I was on my way in a 1/2 hour. This is how every used car place should be. They will see me for my next car for sure.
